A letter confirming us of the cancellation with the name(s) of each guest(s) must be sent in writing to Normandy American Heroes, 102 rue Saint Jean, 14400 Bayeux, France, more than 120 days prior to departure for a full refund (minus cancellation and bank commission fees). The cancellation(s) becomes effective the date the letter is received at the headquarters of Normandy America Heroes.

If cancellation is received by Normandy American Heroes between 89 and 31 days of the tour departure, the guest(s) will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the tour cost and bank commission fee.
If cancellation is received by Normandy American Heroes less than 30 days before the departure date, the guest(s) shall be responsible for the total cost of the tour.
If your international flight has been cancelled due to the European Union or the United Kingdom frontiers being closed because of Covid-19 pandemic, you will receive a Normandy American Heroes voucher with a two-year validity. This voucher will only be applicable / valid if your airport of arrival (European Union or United Kingdom) is the airport where Normandy American Heroes was to pick you up on your first day of tour. I.e., London Heathrow LHR, Paris Roissy CDG etc.
Should your European tour price booked increases by the time you decide to travel again within the two years, you will only be charged the difference.
Due to the health situation, each country of the European Union and/or the United Kingdom have their own sovereign policy to either require a negative Covid-19 test, a quarantine on arrival and/or special travel documents.
These international travel requirements are regularly updated by the airline companies and is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure he or she complies with the travel requirements imposed by the United Kingdom and/or countries of the European Union. I.e., you couldn’t take your international flight because you were not vaccinated is not a valid reason to request a voucher for a future trip to Europe and/or the U.K. In that specific example our cancellation fee will apply.
In a case of a “Force Majeure”, whereas Rudy Passera of Normandy American Heroes is not able to provide the tour, a colleague and interpretive guide of Normandy American Heroes will manage the tour.
